CHAIRMAN'S RE-ELECTION.
GRAMMAR SCHOOL POSITION. Having been chairman of the Auckland Grammar School Board for 12 years, Pro fessor A. P. W. Thomas was yesterday reelected to the chair for the ensuing year. "I think he is improving in his position," remarked a member facetiously. "It seems to be a matter of course fof me now-a-days," was the chairman's re ply, in thanking members for his re-eleo* tion.
Dr. E. Roberton was re-elected vice l chairman.
