CRITIC OF CABINET.
MR. HUGHES IN BAD ODOUR. ITALIAN MIGRANTS MATTER. SYDNEY. April 23. As a result of tho recent criticism of the Federal Government by Mr. W. M. Hughes, M.P., for its alleged failure to control the influx of Italians into Australia, the Prime Minister, Mr. Bruce, intends to invite a discussion of the subject by the members of the National Party at Canberra to-morrow. There is no certainty that Mr. Hughes will be present, as he has estranged himself from the party by his utterances and has precipitated a delicate political situation.
