SEVERE ELECTRIC SHOCK.
FARMER'S MISADVENTURE. UNCONSCIOUS FOR SOME HOURS. [BY TELEGRAVH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J WAIHI, Monday. While operating an electrically-driven boring plant in search of water on his farm at Katikati yesterday, Mr. Geoffrey Sharp came into contact with a galvanised iron pipe, connected with the electricity transmission wires. The shock rendered him unconscious and his hands were badly burned. It was some hours before ths injured man regained consciousness, but he has now so far recovered as to be oat of danger.
