Vincent, of Featherston, are at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. William Elliot, of Mountain Road, leave for England by the Remuora, which sails from Wellington, on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. H. Bait, of Napier, Mr. and Mrs. J. Rule, of Ruawai, and Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Bayfield, of Christchurch, are at the Royal Hotel. Mr. F. H. Claxton, of Thames, Mr. G. E. S. Brodie, of Kaikohe, Mr. C. Spender and Mr. P. Spender, of Rawene, are at the Royal Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. H. Lewis, of London, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Wickenham, of New York, and Mr. and Mrs. C. Clabburn, of Wellington, are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Duff, of Colorado, Mr. and Mrs. J. Heughan, of London, and Mr. and Mrs. Owen Wellord, of V/estern Australia, are at the Hotel Citrgen. Mr. J. Webster, of Hamilton, Mr. W. Montgomery, of Te Aroha, Mr. T. H. Hampshire, of Cambridge, and Mr. T. Iv. Patterson, of Waihi, are at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. T. M. Kirker, representing the engineering division of the export department of Dodge Motors, Detroit, arrived by the Niagara yesterday on a two weeks' visit to the Dominion. He will go to Australia later. Mr. H. Kendall and Mr. J. P. Lodgo, wool merchants, of Boston, United States, are travelling to Australia by the Niagara for the purpose of making inquiries about Australian markets. They will later visit the East.

Convnissioner W. H. Mapp, international secretary of the Salvation Army, is a through passenger to Sydney on the Niagara, which arrived at Auckland from Vancouver yesterday. He will return to Wellington in June to conduct a congress of the army in the Dominion.

H. Johnson, of Wellington, Mr. O. Hutchinson, of Timaru, Mr.. H. W. Barker, and Mr. P. S. H. Barker, of Gisborne, and Mr. L. B. Farquhar, of Cambridge, are at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. H. W. Lever, who retired a year ago from the position of manager of the Bank of New South Wales in Wellington, returned from a world tour by the Niagara yesterday. He is accompanied by his wife. Mr. and Mrs. Lever visited the United Kingdom and the Continent and spent some time in Egypt, Turkey and Palestine. They loft for Wellington by train last evening.
