HAMILTON, Tuesday.
Eeference to the present state of affaii* in connection 'with church matters in tl.« Waikato diocese was made at a meeting of the Claudelands ladies' guild this afternoon. The following resolution was passed"This guild views with reipsfc the unhappy contention in the diocess, and expresses its sympathy for and confidence in Canon F. G. Harvie."
