MANCHESTER UNITY.
OPENING OF NEW BUILDING.
The new MancKesler Unity building, at the corner of Hobson and Victoria* Streets, will be formally opened next Tuesday. The ceremonial functions will consist of the dedication of the new lodge room, and the formal opening of the new Manchester Unity Hall. A programme comprising short addresses and musical and elocutionary items, will- follow the opening. * '
The annual conference of the Auckland district of the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows will commence in the new hall on Wednesday morning. Delegates to the number o'f 100 will be present from all part 3of the province. The district lectures will be delivered in the new lodge room in the evening. The installation of district officers will take place in the new hall on Thursday evening.
