COMING PARAMOUNT RELEASES.

British films are undoubtedly regain-ing-the prestige they enjoyed a few years *igo. Recent reports have stated that the British Government is doing all in its power to foster the film industry, and "The Flag Lieutenant," which was a great success during its season at the Regent Theatre, was produced with the full cooperation of the British Admiralty. In addition to " The Flag Lieutenant, Paramount have secured the rights to re•famous Scots comedian, Sir Harry Lauder, appears. Sir Harry plays an important "part right though this picture, in which ho makes his debut in motion pictures. Another British picture, "The Flight- Comhas as its star Sir Alan Cobham. This film will also be released hy Paramount. Then there is "Second to None," another naval film which has proved very successful in England.
