PARKING OF CARS.

Sir,—Tho all-day parking of motor-cars in Wyndhain Street, Commerce Street and Albert Street is becoming an intolerable nuisance to traffic. The space for moving vehicles in Wyndham Street and Commerce Street when" both sides are lined with parked cars is less than 18ft. and it is impossible to draw up to make a call or delivery. In Albert Street the traffic on the other side of the street cannot be seen for parked cars, and the intersections are therefore dangerous. If 18ft. is sufficient for traffic why go to the expense of widening present streets. Surely the time has arrived when the allday parking of cars should be prohibited in city streets. Motorist.
