EXPENSIVE OYSTERS.
TWO LOCAL PROSECUTIONS.
Charged with taking oysters during a close season at Onetangi Bay, Waiheke Island, Hugh Dobie was fined £4 by Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. On a similar count, in respect of oysters at Kawau Island, R. A. Kiddev was fined £2. It was said he took only two oysters.
