SHOPKEEPER FINED.
NO LICENCE FOR ICE CREAM. A charge of having jce cream for sale in her shop without a licence was preferred against Elizabeth Henderson, of Mount Albert Road, Mount Roskill, in the Police Court yesterday. She was also charged .with having rubbish outaide her shop. An inspector for health said there were egg-shells, cigarette tins, bread and other rubbish on the footpath in front of the shop.
On each count defendant was fined 20s
