DISASTER BY FIRE.
MADRAS TOWN IN FLAMES. \ DREADFUL CASUALTY LIST. A. and N.Z. DELHI. March 7. A fire at Ellorc, in the Kistna district of Madras, destroyed 2000 houses. Ten thousand workers are now homeless. Many others were "killed or injured.
