Owing -to heavy rain overnight, making the track greasy, the Trotting Club's meeting has been postponed until to-morrow and Saturday. Rain is still falling, and the outlook is not promising.
THE THAMES MEETING. Some corrections have to be made in the list of nominations published in connection with the Thames Valley Trotting Club's meeting. In the Hikutaia Handicap Una Dillon should have read Stanley Dillon. Mon should have been Money and Oliver Thorpe should have read Tracey Thorpe?: In the Puriri Handicap, Marora should have read Marosa. In the Kopu Handicap Taipana appeared instead of Taipare. Bell Todd has to bo included in the list of nominations for the President's Handicap.
