MAN AND Wife shot dead.

SON FINDS THE BODIES.

(Received February 24, 12.5 a.m.) A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Feb. 23,

A double tragedy occurred at Wooton, near Forster, 200 miles north of Sydney. Joseph Worth and his wife, well-known residents, were found by their son, on his arrival home from work, shot dead near the homestead. A rifle was lying alongside the father's body. It is stated that the couple had lived unhappily and that Worth had been drinking heavily. The indications are that he shot his wife and then killed himself. ■ .
