ENGLISH PRAYER BOOK.
STAGES OF PROCEDURE. BISHOPS MEET ON MARCH 3. A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, Feb. 17. The next stages in tho procedure in regard to the Church of England Prayer Book measure will be:—(1) Revision by the House of Bishops beginning on March 5; (2) a joint session of both Houses of Convocation beginning on March 28, at ,which it wiil be decided whether the measure shall be submitted to the Church Assembly; (3) the final approval stage at a special session of the assembly on April 26.
