Greenslade, reported that Free Holmes, driver of Royal Authoress, had crossed Cardinal and Blue at the far bend in the last circuit. The Judicial Commiteee heard the evidence of Mr. Greenslade. S. Todd, driver of Cardinal and Blue, R. Berry, driver of Dundas Boy, and Free Holmes, driver of Royal Authoress; After lengthy consideration it was decided to disqualify Holmes for three months for interfering with Cardinal and Blue, and also severely to caution R. Berry for .giving unsatisfactory evidence at the inquiry. Holmes has appealed against the decision of the committee.
