MR. MELLON DENIES REPORT. A. and N.Z. "WASHINGTON, Dec. 29. The Secretary of tho Treasury, Mr. Andrew Mellon, referring to the report that he would be a candidate for the Presidency, says he is not now a Presidential candidate, nor will he be in 1928.
