ENGLISH TEAM'S MANAGERS. LONDON, Deo. 23. The Rugby League has appointed Mr. E. Osborne, of the Warrington Club, and Mr. G. F. Hutchins, of the Oldham Club and vice-chairman of the Lancashire County Committee, as managers of the Australian tour next year. > The Daily News says Mr. Osborno's experience in Australia in 1924 proved his business acumen. His combination with Mr. Hutchins, the most popular Rugby legislator, ensures the success of the tour.
