[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] NEW PLYMOUTH. Thursday Mr. Victor Griffiths, Deputy-Mayor of New Plymouth, ha« been elected Mayor unopposed. The vacancy was caused by the death of the late Blayor, Mr. F. E. Wilson.
