NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. MEASURE PASSES ASSEMBLY. (Received November 30, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Nov. 80. The Legislative Assembly has passed the Family Endowment Act Amendment Bill. The till provides for tho discontinuance, for a certain period, of payments by employers to the family endowment fund, as sufficient money has already been collected to finance the endowment until tho end of the present financial year*
