AVERAGES FOR OCTOBER. CLEVEDON GROUP'S SUCCESS. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday The October averages of the New Zea land Co-operative Herd-Testing Association show that the average yield by the 61,568 cows tested in the association's territory during the month was 9111b milk, with a 3.9 test, and 36.051b. fat. Last year 49,535 cows were tested in October, and the averages were 9301b. milk, 3.9 test and 36.581b. fat. The associa--3.9 test and 36.581b fat. The association is this season taking records for the full thirty-day period, and, whereas only a year ago ths averages were only for normal cows in each herd, this season the averages represent the production of all cows in milk.
