Baimett; treasurer, Mr. A. F„ Walker; musical director, Mr, EL Mueller; deputy-conductor, Mr. J. T. Nortnj committee, Mesdames W. H. Wood, 4, F. Walker, G. M. A. Abler, T. D. TJiomaa, J. Hawkins and A. A. Chittenden, Miss Edna Langmuir and Mr. B. F. Morris 5 pianiste, Mrs. J. Hawkins; librarian, Mrs. Wood. The execotive will make a selection of a suitable opera for presentation next autumn, and preparations will commence early in February. Already therefore indications of keen interest in the .•ocsety.
