A FATAL COLLISION.
DEATH OF MAORI BOY. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE PUKE, Tuesday. The coroner's verdict in connection with the inquest into the death of the Maori bay, Pipi Kingi, was given today. It was to the effect that Kingi died in the Tauranga Hospital on November 21 as the result of injuries sustained by him in a collision with a motor-truck driven by N. Carpenter, on the main road near Rongiuru, on November 20. The boy was riding a cycle when the collision occurred.
