FIVE UNDEFENDED CASES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Tuesday Five undefended divorce cases were disposed of by Mr. Justice Hcrdman in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day. Decrees nisi wore granted in the following cases, the petitioner's name being mentioned first in each case:—diaries Jackson v. Maud Beatrice Jackson, failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights; Winnie Manuel v. Victor Manuel, separation order in force for three years; May Lizzie Edwards v. Lemuel John Edwards, desertion for three years; Iris Marie Phillips v. Wilfred Trevanion Phillips, separation by mutual consent; Alice Daisy Farr v. William James Farr, separation order in force lor over three years.
