PAPATOETOE RATEPAYERS.
WELFARE LEAGUE FORMED. A ratepayers' welfare league has been formed in Papatoetoe, with tho object of safeguarding ratepayers' interests and co-operating with tho local Town Board in progressive movements. The following officers were elected at. the inaugural meeting President. Mr. C. E. Ford; vice-president. Mr. J. Browne; secretary-treasurer, Mr. W. A. JS'esbitt.
