DISLIKE FOR WORK.
CHARITABLE AID PREFERRED. TWO MONTHS* IMPRISONMENT. A preference for charitable aid instead of work resulted ir. the appearance of Percy Ogden, aged 45, in the Police Court on Saturday Chief-Detective Cummings said accused had not worked for four months. He had stated ho did not need work as long as charitable people could be found. Accused had previous convictions for vagrancy. Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., imposed a sentence of two months' imprisonment.
