AUCKLAND STOCK EXCHANGE SATURDAY'S TRANSACTIONS. The only call on the Auckland Stock Exchange on Saturday did not result in much business, and the 'sales recorded were confined to the banking and mining sections. In banks £7 9s was offered for English, Scottish and Australian, ex dividend. Commercials of Australia had sale at 29s 2d, at which price more were wanted. Sellers held for 29s sd. Business was done in New Zealands at 59s 3d, compared with 59s on Friday and 58s 3d earlier in the week. There was further demand at 59s 3d, holders asking 60s Insurance quotations showed no change. In mining Alburnias were sold at the current price of 2s, with further demand at that figure. Two parcels of Lucky Shots, 2s paid, were turned over at Is sd. Tho following sales took place:—Bank of Now Zealand, 59s 3d; Alburnia Gold Mining Company, 2s; Lucky Shot Gold Mining Company (2s paid), Is sd, Is sd.
