TWO ARRESTS IN LONDON* GERMAN AND ENGLISHMAN* CASE -OF MUCH IMPORTANCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received November 18, 5.15 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON; Nov. 18. Two men, an Englishman and at German, were interrogated late lasfc night by the authorities at Scotland Yard, and they were still detained early this morning. They are suspected of being concerned in espionage. Considerable importance is attached to the case by the chiefs of the special branch at Scotland Yard.
