RAMSAY MACDONALD'S VIEW. DEMONSTRATION JUSTIFIABLE. (Received November 18, 9.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 17. The Leader of the Labour Party, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, says, with reference to the Labour Party's vote of censure on the Government, and his motion of noconfidence: The question is: Will the Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, speak on the situation in the coal industry? We are willing to come to an accommodation, but we must have a discussion. I have Sever previously supported anything in the nature of a row in the Commons, but Wednesday's demonstration, in my view, was justifiable.
