FIRE AT MOUNT EDEN.
UNOCCUPIED HOUSE BURNED. A fire broke out in an unoccupied se\ r en-roomed house in View Road, Mount Edel'i, about one o'clock yesterday afternoon. .When the Mount Eden Fire Brigade arrived the fire had a strong hold. However, the brigade succeded in confining the outbreak to the interior of the building, but this was severely damaged.The house has been unoccupied for soma time and the owner's name and particulars, of insurance were not available last •vening.
