(British Official Wireless.) A. and N.Z. RUGBY. Nov. 10. Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Vivian Henderson, Conservative member for Bootle, has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Homo Office, vice Captain, D. H. Hacking, who has gone to the Overseas Trade Department.
