QUIET BAY IN HOUSE. IifSORE BILLS APPEAR. ESTIMATES REVIEWED. REMAINING ITEMS PASSED. [bt telegraph.—special reporter.] WELLINGTON. Friday It was a quiet day in the Hcrase of Representatives, when the Estimates occupied most of the attention of members. Five votes were passed up to the cupper adjournment and others followed ■without undue delay after the resumption. All the items had been disposed of by 11.30 p;m., when the House rose.
