CHARGES OF BRIBERY.
FURTHER WRITS ISSUED. ALLEGED LIBEL ACTIONS. (Received Sept-ember 21, 10.22 p.m.) A. and N.Z. ' SYDNEY, Sept. 21. The New South Wales AttorneyGeneral and Minister of Justice, Mr. A. A. Lysaght, has issued two writs for alleged libel, each claiming £IO,OOO damages, against the Sun newspaper and Mr. P. J. Minahan, the Independent Labour candidate for Auburn, who is opposing the Premier, Mr. Lang, in the present election. This is an outcome of Mr. Minahan's recent allegations of bribery in respect of which the VicePresident of the Executive Council, MrA. C. Willis, has issued similar writs against Mr. Minahan and the Daily Guardian newspaper.
