THIRTY PERSONS ARRESTED. FORMER DICTATOR'S FRIENDS. (Received Auguat 21, 5.30 p.m.) A. and N.Z. ATHENS, Aug. 20. A conspiracy was discovered to overthrow the Government and reinstate the deposed Dictator, General Pangalos. Thirty arrests wero made. Madame Pangalos is alleged to have promised promotion to the conspirators in her husband's name in the event of the success of the plot. Most of those involved in the revolt are non-commissioned officers.
