TREE TOMATO JAM.
tree tomatoes are now in, the following recipe may be found useful by housewives.—4lb. of fairly ripe tree tomatoes, 41b. sugar. Peel and cut up the tomatoes over night and sprinkle them with half sugar. Bring to the boil next morning and after boiling for about 20 minutes, add the remainder of the sugar and boil until a spoonful placed on & saucer will set firmly.
