SUNDAY CONCERT.

A special programme will be given at. the Sunday evening concert at the Strand Theatre to-morrow. Miss Gladys Vincent, violinist, will play Hungarian Dance (Brahms) and other selected items The Lyric Quartet will sing " The Long Day Closes " (Long). A special will be given by Mr. Arthur Riplev, tenor, and recitation by Mr. Alan McElwain. The Salon Trio will play chamber music, and a special 'cello solo will be given by Mr. Francis Bate, a member of the trio. Miss Myra McLeod, contralto, will also contribute to the programme. Other leading artists are appearing. Miss Olive Warin wili be the official accompanists, and the Sunday Concert Orchestra of 25 members will assist. This is the fiftieth Sunday concert that has been given at the theatre, and it is considered the programme is the best that has been offered during the past 12 months..
