PARLIAMENTARY SEATS.
N.S. WALES PROPOSALS. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Aug. IS. The Royal Commission which has been redistributing tho New South Wales Parliamentary seats recommends that three additional country seats shall be created and three metropolitan seats abolished. The distribution thus recommended, if adopted, will not apply to the coming State elections.
