SEVENTY-FIVE PLANES.
PRESENTS FOR MUSSOLINI. PROVINCES AGREE TO SCHEME. A. and N.Z. ROME, Aug. 17. The Italian Aero Club recently suggested that each province in the country should present an aeroplane to tho Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, to celebrate the Fascist anniversary. Every one of the 75 provinces has consented to do so.
