FREE TO LEAVE ENGLAND. PROPOSED RETURN TO ITALY. A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, Aug. IG. Colonel Ricciotti Garibaldi, <who was deported from France in February after being tried on a charge of being an agentprovocateur of Italy, and who went to Liverpool with the intention of going to Cuba, says his detention in Liverpool has been ended. Colonel Garibaldi says he has received permission to leave England on August 19, aud will go to Italy, where the Government will allow him to return. "I am convinced that when once I have arrived in Italy I shall be able to resume control of my private business in France, which has suffered severely in my enforced absence," said Colonel Garibaldi.
