WEARING THE KILT.
COMPLAINT BY SCOTSMEN. RULES TO BE LAID DOWN. (Received Aug. 17, 11.55 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON, Aug. 16. Scotsmen complain that many visitors, both from England and overseas, wear the kilt incorrectly, especially that they show too much knee. Representatives of the Scottish clan who form tho Kilt Society have appointed a committee to lay down authentic rules.
