GAS COMPANIES.
CONFERENCE IN AUCKLAND. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Gas Companies' Association will be held at the Auckland Gas Company's buildings to-day. Delegates representing gas companies throughout the Dominion are expected to attend and the conference will be presided over by Dr. C. P. Knight, a director of the Wellington. Gas Company. The delegates will be entertained at luncheon to-day by the directors of the Auckland Gas Company.
