NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL.
ERECTION NEAR TE AWAMUTU [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TAXJMARUNUI, Wednesday. The Minister of Education, Hon. R. A. Wright, has notified the school committee at Tokanui, about six miles from To Awamutu, that a 4-acro section at the function" of the Great South lioad and Ngahape Road has been acquired from the P/.isons Department, and a school building is to be erected thereon at once. For several years the .school committee has agitated-for improved school facilities, as the, children of the district have'had to be instructed in the district hall.
