PAPATOETOE CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING HELD*
The annual meeting of the Papatoetoe Bowling Club was presided over by the president, Mr. F. M. Waters. The balance-sheet showed a balance of assets ever liabilities of pver £4OO. The president congratulated the "club on the successful year's work. It was decided to enter teams in the pennant competition of the Auckland centra. The following officers were elected: — Patron, Mr. E. D. McLennan. M.P.: president. Mr. T. R. Smytheman; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. G. Foster: secretary, Mr. J. Taylor; treasurer. Mr. J. Trimble; assistant-treasurer, Mr. W. Cutforth ; green superintendent, Mr. W. Knight; auditor. Mr. H. C. Ernest; committee, Messrs. W. Wilson, J. Watson and J. Cowling: match committee, Messrs. Brown, Hosking and Cutfortli; umpires, Messrs. J. Watson and W. Knight: delegates to Auckland Centre, Messrs. G. Foster and J. Franklin.
