TE AROHA CLUB'S YEAR.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
[BY TELEGRAM. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AHOHA, Monday. The annual meeting of the Te Aroha Bowling Club was held on Saturday, the president, Mr. S. Sellais, presiding over a good attendance. The financial statement showed a debit balance of £5. The president said that from a bowler's point of view the season had been a very successful one. Twelve iijter-club matches had been played, seven being won. The last New Year tournament had been a great success It was decided to hold a tournament ag:iin next season. The election of . fficers resulted :—Patron, Mr. O. E. Mncipillan, M.P.; president. Mr H. Wood: vice-presidents. Messrs. G. Cornish and H. E. Petersen; secretary, Mr. G. Hare: auditor. Mr. Neville Rny: executive. Messrs. Lockyer, Jones, P. Heathcote, Cal-' lnghan. Sellars mid Nonke; match committee, Messrs. Lockyer. Henthcote and the president: delegates to South Auckland Centre, Messrs. Clothier and Maingav. delegates to Goldfields' Aasociatiga, Mem*. Clothier &nd Wood.
