The Union Company's chartered steamer Waimea sailed for Gisborne and Napier last evening. She is due back at Auckland on Sunday afternoon. The Kurow, from Bluff, Dunedin and Timaru. reached Lyttelton early yesterday morning. She is to sail for Wellington and Auckland at noon to-day, reaching this port on Sunday. WHANGAPE FROM NEWCASTLE. The Whangape is to leave Newcastle today with, coal for Auckland. She is due next Tuesday. MAIMYO EXPECTED. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line's chartered steamer Maimyo iB scheduled to Teach Auckland from New York to-day, but ehe had not reported by wireless yesterday. The vessel is bringing case oil and genera! merchandise for discharge at Auckland. Wellington. Lyttelton Dunedin. and Newcastle. Cargo for Auckland will be unloaded at Prince's Wharf to the agency ot the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, who have received the manifests of the cargo. PHOSPHATES FOR AUCKLAND. After being delayed in loading by bad ■Weather the steamer Cheniston sailed from Makatea Island last Saturday with a fall cargc of phosphates for discharge at Auckland and Lyttelton. She is due at Auckland on July 7. The steamer Persian Prince is expected to leave Nauru Island at an early date with phosphates for discharge at Auckland and Wanganui. Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, are the local agents. THE PORT DUNEDIN. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line's motor-ship Port Dunedin is to leave Wellington :or Auckland to-day in continuation of her voyage from London. She will un- | load 3500 tons of general merchandise at j Queen's Wharf and the remainder of her < ca'rgo at Napier. The vessel will also j load at. Napier as well as at Wellington, i New Plymouth and Auckland for* Genoa. Mmseilles and London. She is to leave Auckland finally for Genoa about the end of July COOK STRAIT FERRY SERVICE. After undergoing overhaul, the Union Company's steamer Wahine is to resume running in the Cook Strait ferry service. The Wahine will leave Lyttelton next Tuesday in place of the Maori. The Maori, after arrival at Lyttelton next Tuesday, wil? remain there until the following day, wh<sn she will sail for Wellington in place of the Manuka. The Manuka will withdraw from the service at Lyttelton on July t> and will proceed to Port Chalmers for overhaul. LOADINGS AT AUCKLAND. The Federal Line steamer Huntingdon is due ot Auckland from Southern ports on July 15 to fill up with cargo for London. Avonmouth, Glasgow, Manchester and Liverfool. She is to sail for London on July 20. The Federal Line steamer Cambridge, due at Auckland from Liverpool on July 11. will also unload at Wellington. Lyttelton and Port Chalmers.. THE PORT CAROLINE. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Caroline is to leave London next Sunday for Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Blufi: and Timaru. OIL FOR NEW ZEALAND. The oil tanker O. A. Knudson, 9026 tons, sailed from San Pedro last Sunday with a cargo of bulk oil for New Zealand. The vessel visited Wellington last month. PORT ALBANY FROM NEW YORK. The Con monwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Albany is scheduled to leave New York on July 15 for Auckland. Well{ugton, Lyttelton, Dunedin and probably Melbourne and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on August 18. THE CANADIAN PIONEER. The Canadian Pioneer, which left Well ington at 4.35 p.m. on Monday, is due at Auckland to morrow morning. She will berth at Queen's Wharf to complete loading. Tomorrow evening she is to be despatched for New York. Boston and Montreal. LAMB'S STEAMER OMANA. The Lamb's steamer Omana. after uri--1 catling 1000 tons of coal and poles at Mount Maunganui Wharf. Tauranga. is to sail this morning for Gisborne, Napier and J Auckland to complete discharge. THE WAIPAHI. The Union Company's Island steamer Waipahi is loading at King's Wharf for Cook Islands, She is to sail for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mauke and Mangaia at I 11 o'clock to-morrow morning. THE MATATUA. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Matatua. which is due on Friday from Liverpool, will unload general merchandise at Queen's Wharf to the agency of L. D. Nathan and Company, Limited. Her other discharging ports are Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin. MARAMA AND MAHENO. The Union Company's '' intercolonial steamers Marama and Maheno arrived at Sydney yesterday from Auckland and Wellington resp actively. the Marama at 7 a.m. and the Mihano at 8.45 a.m. On Friday the Maramu is to sail for Wellington and the Maheno for Auckland. They are due in New Zealand on Tuesday. THE WEST HENSHAW. An expected arrival about the end of next week is the American steamer West Henshaw from San Pedro. She is bringing timber, case oil and general merchandise from Pacific Coast ports for discharge at Auckland, Napier,, Wellington. Lyttelton. and Dunedin. Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd.. are the local agents. THE CANADIAN SEIGNEUR. From Montreal and Sydney. Cape Breton, the Canadian Seigneur is due at Auckland about July 10. The vessel has general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton. Timaru and Dunedin. She will subsequently load in New Zealand for New York, Boston and Montreal. NORTHERN COMPANY'S VESSELS. The Northern Company advises that there will not be a trip this week to Mangapai, Waipu and Parua Bay. A steamer will be despatched for those ports, next Wednesday instead. The Arapawa is to leave Onehunga for Wanganui at three o'clock to-morrow afternoon. Cargo will be received at rail today. lONIC DUE TO-DAY L. D. Nathan and Company, Limited, advise that a further wireless message from the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner lonic states that she will reach Wellington from London and Southampton at daybreak today. The vessel is expected to berth at 10.30 a.m. to land 215 passengers, and those for Auckland will leave for the north by train at 2 p.m. From Wellington the lonic will go to Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and Bluff to unload her cargo. *•- RIMUTAKA CLEARED PANAMA. The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rimutaka. en route from London to New Zealand, arrived at Colon last Saturday and cleared Balboa tbe following day. The vessel is due at Wellington on July 21 to land passengers and 'mail. The cargo of general merchandise will be unloaded at Port Chalmers. Lyttelton and Napier. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA. The Kaiapoi sailed from Dunedin yesterday ' afternoon for Lyttelton, Auckland and Portland to complete unloading general cargo from South Australian ports. She is expected at Auckland on Saturday evening or t Sunday morning.
