The , Prinje Minister, General Hertzog, speaking in Parliament, said the great majority of the German residents in South .West Africa were not agitating for the return of that colony to Germany. The German element, said General Hertzog, was one which any nation might wish to have, and his Government had no reason to be concerned with their coming to South West Africa, or to any any other place in the country.
