HOWICK TOWN BOARD.

SITE FOR NEW OFFICES. , A meeting of the Howick Town Board was held on Tuesday evening, the chairman, Mr. .J. Crawford, presiding. It was decided to purchase for £2OO a quarter-acre section at the corner of Well ington and Picton Streets for the purpose of erecting a new building for the board's offices. Plans of subdivisions received from Mr. Frank Allen, Mrs. J. Crawford, senr., and the Church of England were approved.
