AUCKLAND ACCIDENTS.
BOY FALLS FROM BICYCLE. FRACTURE OF THE SKULL. A fracture of the skull was sustained by James Brownlee, aged 16, through falling from a bicycle in Beach Road yesterday morning. The Auckland Hospital authorities stated last evening the conation of the patient was satisfactory. The parents reside at 50, Brighton Road, Parnell. Through, being struck by a case of bottles while working on the waterfront yesterday Mr. J. Beare, aged 50, of 5, Ewington Avenue, Dominion Road, sustained concussion of the brain. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital, and last evening his condition was reported to be satisfactory. As a result of slipping on the footpath outside the chief post office last evenings Mr. D. Hogan, of Takanini, fractured his left r.rm. He was admitted to the Auckland Hospital.
