BEAUTY HINT.
A tendency toward redness of the skin, particularly of the nose, is always more noticeable during the winter. Dissolve four drachms of powdered borax in half a pint of camphor water. When dissolved, add a small teaspoonful of glycerine. Every night and morning shake the bottle and apply a little of the mixture with a piece of cottonwool, patting it gently but thoroughly into the skin.
