OIL REFINERY FIRE.
AMERICAN WORKMEN KILLED. FLAMES CAUSE EXPLOSION. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK, April 6. A message from Parco, Wyoming, says 14 workmen are known to have perished and two others are missing as .the result of an explosion and a subsequent fire which occurred to-day in an oil-refining plant at Parco. The fire caused damage estimated at £IOO,OOO.
