ABOLITION OF LOYAL OATH. BILL REFUSED BY DAIL. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 6. There was a sensation m the Dail, the Irish Free State Parliament, to-day. , Mr. Dan Breen, who only recently took his seat, sponsored a bill designed to amend the constitution by repealing the oath of allegiance. Leave to the bill was refused by 47 votes to 17.
